연구실 소개
김성우 교수의 연구실은 인공지능 기반 언어학습 기술과 농약 잔류물 분석, 생식 건강 및 산모 관리 등 다양한 분야에서 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 초등학교 영어 교육 현장에서의 AI 채팅 어플리케이션 활용과 포도 재배 중 살충제의 잔류 반감기 분석을 통해 농업 안전성과 교육 기술의 융합을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한 유전자 돌연변이와 난소 기능 저하가 산란 치료 결과에 미치는 영향에 대한 임상 연구를 통해 생식 건강의 과학적 기반을 마련하고자 합니다. 이처럼 기술, 농업, 의학 분야의 실질적 문제 해결을 목표로 하는 응용 연구가 중심입니다.

본 연구는 포도 재배 중 살충제 bifenthrin을 살포하고, 살포 후 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15일에 포도 시료를 채취하여 bifenthrin을 분석하고 bifenthrin의 생물학적 반감기를 산출한 다음 생산단계 농약 잔류허용기준(PHRL; Pre-Harvest Residue Limit)을 설정하였다. 포도 중 bifenthrin은 acetonitrile과 dichloromethane 으로 추출 및 분배 하여 GC/ECD로 분석 하였다. Bifenthrin의 정량한계는 0.01 ng이었고, 평균 회수율은 0.1 및 0.5 mg kg-1 두 수준에서 각각 104.08±1.24%와 92.25±3.13%이었다. 포도 중 bifenthrin의 기준량 및 배량 살포시 생물학적 반감기는 각각 21일과 23일로 계산되었다. 또한 증체량에 따른 희석효과가 bifenthrin의 잔류량 감소에 있어 주요인자로 작용하지는 않았다. 잔류감소 회귀식을 이용한 생산단계 농약 잔류허용기준
