연구실 소개

서성욱 교수의 연구실은 소견암, 골육종 등 희귀 종양 및 난치성 종양의 정밀 진단과 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, 인공지능 기반 환자 예후 분류 및 유전자 조절을 통한 방사선 감수성 향상 기전 연구를 통해 개인 맞춤 치료의 가능성을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한, 장애를 동반한 희귀질환 환자에서의 근골격계 이상에 대한 종합적 평가 체계 구축에도 기여하고 있습니다.

This study shows a high prevalence of spinal deformity, limb malalignment, and foot abnormality in PWS. The prevalences of musculoskeletal abnormalities were not found to be affected by age, genotype, or obesity. BACKGROUND: We retrospectively reviewed the outcomes of desmoid tumor (DT) patients treated by surgical excision. METHODS: Among 155 consecutive patients, 119 patients satisfied our inclusion criteria. The mean follow-up duration was 82 months.
