연구실 소개
서성연 교수의 연구실은 심혈관계 질환, 특히 항응고 치료와 관련된 약물 치료의 최적화를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 신장 기능 저하나 체중이 낮은 환자에서의 엑소바탄과 같은 뇌경색 예방제의 안전성과 효과를 분석하며, 항응고 요법의 개인화된 접근법을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한 수술 후 항응고 지속성과 INR 조절의 적정 기간을 규명함으로써 환자의 재원 기간 단축과 의료 비용 절감에 기여하고자 합니다.
