연구실 소개

김선희 교수의 연구실은 암 치료의 핵심 과제인 다약물내성(MDR)을 극복하기 위한 신약 타겟과 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 P-글리코프로테인, DNA 복구 경로, 스트레스 반응 단백질, 그리고 면역세포와의 상호작용을 통한 암세포 소거 기전을 중심으로 약물 내성 메커니즘을 분석하고 있습니다. 또한 자연물 유래 화합물과 신약 후보 물질이 암세포에 미치는 세포 사멸 유도 및 약물 민감도 향상 효과를 기초적으로 규명하고 있습니다.
