연구실 소개
박선화 교수의 연구실은 대사 질환과 암의 발병 기전을 규명하기 위해 세밀한 신호전달 경로와 에피제네틱 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 아미노산 유도체와 비스테로이드성 자연물이 세포 대사 조절 및 암세포 성장 억제에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 분석하며, AMPK 활성화와 DNA 메틸화 조절을 핵심 메커니즘으로 규명하고 있습니다. 또한, 줄기세포 기반의 간 손상 치유 및 항암제 저항성과 관련된 에피제네틱 변화에 대한 기전 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.
