연구실 소개

이선재 교수 연구실은 간질환, 특히 간세포생식성암(HCC)과 비알코올성간지방증(NAFLD)의 분자 기전을 네트워크 기반 생물정보학적 접근을 통해 규명하고 있습니다. 대표적으로 대사, 전사 조절, 단백질 상호작용 네트워크를 통합하여 간 특이적 유전자 네트워크를 구축하고, 지방 대사 이상과 관련된 핵심 조절 유전자 및 약물 타겟을 탐색합니다. 또한 미토콘드리아 리보솜 기능 이상이 간암의 대사-면역 특성에 미치는 영향과 장내·구강 미생물군의 변화가 간경화 합병증에 미치는 영향까지 다각도로 연구하고 있습니다.
