김선재 교수의 연구실은 치과 임플란트의 정확도와 생체적합성을 핵심으로 삼아, 임플란트 인상법의 정밀도 평가, 임플란트-부모 접합부의 조직 반응, 맞춤형 아버트의 표면 청소 및 품질 제어, 디지털 인상의 3차원 정확도 분석, 그리고 코어팅 설계가 세라믹 크라운의 기계적 강도에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 임플란트 주변 조직 반응과 생체재료의 표면 특성이 임상 성과에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 분석하며, 임상 현장에서 적용 가능한 정밀하고 안정적인 치료 기법 개발을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
