연구실 소개
김수연 교수의 연구실은 임상 데이터 기반의 인공지능 모델 개발과 생물의학적 기전 규명을 융합한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 소아 중환자실에서의 생존 예측 모델(PROMPT) 개발과 함께, 대사 및 면역 조절을 담당하는 핵수용체 ESRRA가 자가포식을 통해 미세박테리아에 대한 면역 방어 기전에 기여하는 메커니즘을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 뇌영상 및 영상기반 분석을 활용한 유방암 치료 반응 예측 모델 개발과 같은 정밀의료 응용 연구도 진행 중입니다.
