연구실 소개
남수연 교수의 연구실은 항생제 내성 문제 해결을 목표로 하며, 특히 병원 내 감염과 다제내성 병원균의 전파를 막기 위한 항생제 사용 최적화 전략을 연구하고 있습니다. 주로 신장 보조 치료를 받는 환자를 대상으로 한 항생제 관리 프로그램의 효과를 분석하며, 임상 현장에서의 실천 가능성을 높이기 위한 의사결정 지원 시스템 개발에도 주력하고 있습니다. 특히 Prospective Audit and Feedback(PAF) 프로그램의 임상적 영향을 정량적으로 평가함으로써, 의료 현장에서의 항생제 올바른 사용을 선도하고 있습니다.

6In South Korea, because of manpower and budgetary limitations, antimicrobial stewardship programs have relied on preauthorization. This study analyzed the impact of a prospective audit and feedback (PAF) program targeting inpatients undergoing intermittent hemodialysis or continuous renal replacement therapy, which was implemented at two community-based university hospitals.
