We evaluated the effects of repetitive tongue-holding swallow (THS) as an exercise for improving swallowing function. Twenty healthy subjects were randomly divided into two groups. One group [THS group (THSG)] performed the tongue-holding manoeuvre every 5s for 20min. The other group (normal swallow group) swallowed without tongue-holding for the same length of time as a control. Twenty sessions of training were performed for 4weeks. 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 임상작업치료사들의 임파워먼트, 직무특성, 직무몰입 그리고 직무만족의 특성과 상호관계성을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구방법 : 연구의 대상은 경력 1년 이상의 작업치료사 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구는 4개의 부분으로 총60문항으로 구성된 설문지(대상자의 일반적 특성 13문항, 임파워먼트 12문항, 직무만족 20문항, 조직몰입 15문항)를 이용하여 수집된 임상 작업치료사의 특성별 임파워먼트의 차이, 그리고 임파워먼트와 직무만족, 조직몰입과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 결과 : 작업치료사의 임파워먼트 정도는 59.24였고 임파워먼트 요소로서는 의미성이 가장 크게 나타났다. 임파워먼트의 차이는 성별, 교육수준, 근무형태, 총 근무경력에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 작업치료사의 직무만족도와 조직몰입은 임파워먼트와 양의 상관관계를 보여 임상작업치료사의 임파워먼트가 증가할수록 직무만족과 조직몰입은 커지는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 결론 : 본 연구의 결

목적 : 본 연구에서는 통계청의 ‘2014년 생활시간 조사’ 원자료를 사용하여 장애 청소년의 시간 사용 분석 과 작업 유형별 시간 사용에 대한 자기 만족도를 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 통계청에서 추출한 자료를 활용해 10세에서 24세 장애 청소년 84명을 작업치료실행체계-3을 기준으로 6개의 작업 영역으로 재분류했다. 작업 유형은 개인의 시간 사용량을 기준으로 하여 분류하였 다. 마지막으로 작업 유형에 따라 시간 사용에 대한 자기 만족감을 확인하였다. 결과 : 장애 청소년의 전체 시간 사용량은 휴식과 수면 영역(42.33%)의 시간 사용이 가장 많았고 그 다음 일상 영역(21.69%), 교육 영역(16.44%), 여가 영역(14.15%), 사회참여 영역(3.46%), 놀이 영역(1.93%) 순이었다. 작업 유형을 분석한 결과, 역균형 유형 10.71%, 활동과다 유형 50.00%, 활동과소 유형 28.57%, 균형 유형 10.71% 이었으며, 휴식과 수면 영역, 일상 영역, 교육

본 본 연구는 만성 뇌졸중 환자에서 감각기능이 일상생활활동 수행능력에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로서 추후 감각기능 재활의 기초적 자료를 마련하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 뇌졸중으로 진단 받은 후 6개월이 경과된 환자로 작업치료를 받고 있는 138명이었으며, 우측편마비 환자가 45명(33%), 좌측편마비 환자가 93명(67%) 이었다. 만성뇌졸중 환자들의 감각기능, 운동기능, 인지기능, 일상생활활동 수행능력을 검사하여 수집한 값을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 우측편마비 환자에서 환측(우측)의 서화지각과 고유수용성 감각은 개인위생기능과 유의한 상관관계, 좌측편마비 환자군에서는 건측 상지의 기능은 여러 일상생활활동 수행영역과 의미 있는 상관관계, 좌 우측 편마비 환자군 모두에서 건측 상지의 운동 기능과 일상생활활동 수행능력 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다.
