연구실 소개

김태일 교수의 연구실은 면역세포의 항원 인식 메커니즘과 신경혈관 연관 반응을 중심으로 면역학적 및 뇌혈관 영상 기반의 기초 의학 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 플라즈마세포성 수상세포에서의 DNA 인식 수용체와 TLR9 외의 MyD88 의존성 DNA 센서의 기능을 단백질 분석 및 유전자 조절 메커니즘으로 규명하고 있으며, 뇌에서의 혈류 변화와 산소 수준 반응의 정량적 분석을 위해 고해상도 MRI 기술을 응용하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 장기염증성 질환인 장백류병의 진단 기준 개발 및 당뇨병 환자에서 메트포르민의 항암 효과에 대한 임상적 영향을 평가하는 임상역학 연구도 함께 진행하고 있습니다.
