연구실 소개
조태준 교수의 연구실은 뼈 형성과 골수조직의 발달 메커니즘을 중심으로, 성장 인자인 BMP, TGF-β, CNP 등 신호전달 경로의 역할을 분석하고 있습니다. 특히 골절 치유 과정에서의 유전자 발현 패atters와 장골의 길이 성장 조절 메커니즘을 밝혀내는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 유전적 이상이 초래하는 골다성 장애 및 비정형 뼈 성장 이상의 기전을 규명하는 데 기여하고 있습니다. 임상적 응용으로는 뇌성마비 환자에서의 발저림 교정 수술 및 철골 장치의 신뢰성 향상 기술 개발 등에도 기여하고 있습니다.

Both insertion and removal of an interlocking telescopic rod are much less invasive than insertion and removal of a conventional telescopic rod with a T-piece anchor. The interlocking pin at the distal epiphysis provides effective anchorage for telescoping.
