연구실 소개

최태련 교수의 연구실은 비모수 베이지안 통계 및 신뢰성 있는 추론 기법에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 가우시안 프로세스 기반의 비모수 회귀 모델링과 사후 분포의 일致성(consistency) 이론을 핵심으로 연구를 전개하고 있습니다. 고차원 데이터나 측정 오차가 있는 기능적 데이터(funtional data)의 분석을 위해 베이지안 하이어라키컬 모델과 기저 함수 기반의 새로운 추론 기법을 개발하고 있으며, 실제 임상 연구나 독성 반응 연구 등 응용 분야에서도 효과적인 모델링을 가능하게 합니다. 특히, 데이터의 구조적 특성과 측정 오차를 고려한 정밀한 통계적 추론을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
