연구실 소개
김태성 교수의 연구실은 면역조절 및 세포 신호전달 메커니즘을 중심으로, 염증성 사이토카인인 IL-12의 발현 조절, NF-κB 전사 활성화, 그리고 세포 골격 및 세포소기관 기능에 관여하는 단백질의 조절 메커니즘을 규명하고자 합니다. 특히, oxLDL와 비타민A 유도체(레티노이드)가 면역세포에서 전사 조절에 미치는 영향과, Hsp90과의 단백질 상호작용이 세포 기능 유지에 미치는 영향을 다룹니다. 또한, 세포 분열과 유전적 안정성 유지를 위한 중심체 기능과 관련된 단백질의 조절 메커니즘에 대해서도 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

BACKGROUND: Simple sequence repeats (SSRs) have been successfully used for various genetic and evolutionary studies in eukaryotic systems. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of di(n-butyl) phthalate (DBP) administration on male reproductive organ development in F1 Sprague-Dawley rats following in utero exposure. During gestation days (GD) 10-19, pregnant rats were administered daily, orally, DBP at 250, 500, or 700 mg/kg or flutamide (1, 12.5, or 25 mg/kg/d) as a positive control.
