연구실 소개
김태희 교수의 연구실은 나노소재 및 생체재료를 기반으로 한 첨단 의료 기술 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, 메모리 소자로서의 메모리스터와 나노입자 기반의 생체적합성 소재 개발을 통해 신재생의료와 정밀의료를 위한 기반 기술을 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 면역세포를 타겟으로 한 비바이러스 유전자 전달 시스템과 줄기세포 치료 전략을 융합하여 암 치료 및 호르몬 장애 치료에 응용 가능한 혁신적 접근을 모색하고 있습니다.

A hierarchical nanostructure of PS-b-PEO is demonstrated (see figure) with a novel approach by solvent vapor annealing of a micropatterned block copolymer thin film selectively spun cast on microcontact printed surface of SAMs. Dewetting of the thin film, inevitable during the ordering of block copolymer microdomains upon solvent annealing, is strictly confined to the patterned regions, leading to the controlled micropatttern with nearly perfect ordering of PEO microdomains.
Placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells (PD-MSCs) have numerous advantages over other adult MSCs that make them an attractive cell source for regenerative medicine. Here, we demonstrate the therapeutic effect of PD-MSCs in ovariectomized (Ovx) rats and compare their efficacy when generated via a conventional monolayer culture system (2D, naïve) and a spheroid culture system (3D, spheroid).
