연구실 소개

홍태훈 교수의 연구실은 건축물의 전 생애주기 환경 영향을 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 생애주기 평가(LCA) 기반의 분석 모델을 개발하고 있으며, 특히 건설 단계의 에너지 소비와 온실가스 배출에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한 녹색 지붕 시스템의 환경적·경제적 영향을 종합적으로 평가하고, 교육 시설에 적용할 수 있는 최적의 시나리오를 도출하는 데에도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다. 기존 주거건물의 에너지 효율성 평가 체계를 보완하여 주민 참여를 유도할 수 있는 인centive 및 페널티 제도까지 고려한 종합적 평가 모델 개발을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
