연구실 소개

이원호 교수의 연구실은 전자재료 및 반도체 소자의 핵심 기초 기술을 연구하며, 특히 유연성과 고성능을 동시에 구현하는 신소재 및 신소자 기반의 전자기기 개발에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 그래핀 기반 페로일렉트릭 메모리, 산화감응 잔류응력에 의한 실리콘 박막의 기계적 스트레인 제어, 그리고 방사선 탐지 및 의료 영상에서의 병변 감소 기술 등 응용 분야로의 확장도 활발히 진행되고 있습니다. 특히 나노스케일에서의 물리적 특성 제어와 효율적인 에너지 변환 기술 개발이 핵심 과제입니다.

Flexible graphene–PZT ferroelectric nonvolatile memory

We report the fabrication of a flexible graphene-based nonvolatile memory device using Pb(Zr0.35,Ti0.65)O3 (PZT) as the ferroelectric material. The graphene and PZT ferroelectric layers were deposited using chemical vapor deposition and sol–gel methods, respectively.
