연구실 소개
송완 교수 연구실은 전립선암 치료의 정밀화와 기능 보존을 핵심 목표로 삼고 있으며, 로봇-assisted 전립선절제술(RARP) 후 소변不失율과 관련된 해부학적 요인, 특히 막성 요도 길이(Membranous Urethral Length)의 역할을 MRI를 활용해 체계적으로 분석하고 있습니다. 또한 전이성 호르몬 난이성 전립선암에서의 치료 반응 예측 biomarker로 ERG와 SOX9를 탐색하는 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 난이성 암 치료의 효율성을 높이기 위한 분자 기반 정밀의료 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 최근에는 보조 치료 실패 후 재발 치료로써 HIFU(고강도 집중초음파)의 임상적 유용성과 합병증에 대한 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.
