연구실 소개
김완희 교수의 연구실은 생체재료와 혈액줄기세포를 융합한 조직공학적 뼈 재생 기술을 핵심으로 하며, 특히 피하유래 간엽줄기세포(ASCs)를 탈세포화된 피부기질(ADM)에 담아 뼈 결손 부위에서의 재생 효과를 연구하고 있습니다. 또한 저강도 레이저 치료(Low-Level Laser Therapy, LLLT)와의 조합 효과를 실험적으로 평가하여 최적의 재생 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 수의학 분야의 내窥鏡적 수술 기법 개발을 통해 최소 침습 수술의 임상적 적용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다.

This study investigates the feasibility of using an adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell (ASC)-seeded acellular dermal matrix (ADM) along with low-level laser therapy (LLLT) to repair bone defect in athymic nude mice. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the feasibility of single-port retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy (SPRA) in dogs. STUDY DESIGN: A pilot experimental study. ANIMALS: Eight healthy beagle dogs.
