연구실 소개
김원호 교수의 연구실은 주로 의료 영상 및 임상 데이터 기반의 예측 모델 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 심장·간 이식 수술 후 합병증인 급성 신손상(AKI)의 조기 예측을 위해 기계학습 기반 분석 기법을 적용한 연구를 지속적으로 수행하고 있습니다. 또한 위암에서 MET 유전자 및 단백질 발현의 상관관계를 분석하여 예후 생물학적 지표로 활용 가능한 지표를 규명하는 분야에도 기여하고 있습니다. 특히 임상에서 진단이 어려운 질환, 예를 들어 장기 베체트병의 정확한 진단 기준을 수립하기 위한 전문가 공감 기반의 진단 기준 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.
