연구실 소개
권우일 교수의 연구실은 위암, 담도암, 췌장암 등 소화기 종양의 정밀의료와 수술 전 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 경계성 재절제 가능한 췌장암에서의 신재활치료의 유효성과 예후 요법에 대한 다기관 임상 연구를 통해 치료 성과를 높이기 위한 근거를 마련하고 있습니다. 또한, 담낭 종양 및 인트라패널리어 신생물의 병리학적 특성과 재발 위험도를 분석하여 개인화된 수술 전후 관리 전략을 모색하고 있습니다.

Abstract A stabilizing control design for general linear time varying systems is presented and analysed. The control is a state-feedback law with gains determined by a standard method employed in optimal regulator problems. Pancreatic IPMNs recur in 10.7% of patients. Recurrence is correlated with the degree of dysplasia, and 5.4% of patients with benign or noninvasive IPMN have recurrences including distant metastasis. Thorough postoperative surveillance is needed not only for patients with invasive IPMN but also for those with benign or noninvasive IPMN, especially for patients with high-grade dysplasia.

BACKGROUND: In gallbladder cancer, stage T2 is subdivided by tumour location into lesions on the peritoneal side (T2a) or hepatic side (T2b). For tumours on the peritoneal side (T2a), it has been suggested that liver resection may be omitted without compromising the prognosis. However, data to validate this argument are lacking.
