연구실 소개

정우진 교수의 연구실은 이동 로봇의 안전하고 스마트한 주행을 위한 핵심 기술을 연구하고 있습니다. 단일 레이저 레인지 파인더를 활용한 인간 다리 탐지 및 추적, 충돌 회피를 위한 가림된 동적 장애물 고려 기반 주행 제어, 실내 환경에서의 자율 문 열기 등 실생활 서비스 로봇의 핵심 과제를 해결하고자 합니다. 특히 인간과 공존하는 비구조적 환경에서의 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 운동 불확실성 모델링 및 변혁적 리더십이 직무 만족에 미치는 영향 등 다학제적 접근을 통해 실용적인 로봇 시스템 개발에 기여하고 있습니다.

교사직무만족에 영향을 미치는 변인들의 인과관계 분석- 변혁적지도성, 협동문화, 임파워먼트를 중심으로 구조방정식 모델을 사용하여

본 연구는 교사들의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 요인들 중에서 학교장의 변혁적지도성, 협동문화, 임파워먼트를 중심으로 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 KELS 자료 중 1차년도 교사 2,910명의 데이터를 사용하여 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 변혁적지도성은 교사들간의 협동문화와 임파워먼트에, 협동문화와 임파워먼트는 교사직무만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 변혁적지도성은 협동문화와 임파워먼트를 매개로 직무만족에 간접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 협동문화보다는 임파워먼트에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 직무만족에 대한 영향력에 있어서는 임파워먼트보다 협동문화가 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 교사들간 협동문화조성의 중요성을 보여주었다.

It is shown how a holonomic and omni-directional mobile robot is designed towards indoor public services. Dual offset steerable wheels with orthogonal velocity components are proposed. The proposed wheel provides precise positioning and reliable navigation performance as well as durability. A fabricated prototype is introduced, then, an experiment is carried out.

Backward-motion control of a mobile robot with n passive off-hooked trailers
