연구실 소개

김우진 교수의 연구실은 생물의학적 질병, 반도체 공정, 사회적 네트워크, 다중 에이전트 시스템 등 다양한 분야에서 시간에 따라 변화하는 데이터의 구조적 특성을 분석하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, 알츠하이머병의 병변 유발 단백질 응집을 억제할 수 있는 신약 후보 물질을 고속 스크리닝하는 생물의학적 응용과, 반도체 웨이퍼 공정에서의 일관성 있는 운영을 위한 스케줄링 기법을 개발하고 있습니다. 또한, 시간에 따라 변화하는 데이터나 네트워크의 군집 구조를 수학적으로 기술하기 위해 지속homology 기반의 분석 기법을 응용하여, 생물 군집 행동, 사회적 네트워크, 다중 에이전트 시스템의 동적 행동을 정량적으로 해석하는 데 기여하고 있습니다.
