연구실 소개

양우석 교수의 연구실은 유연하고 고성능의 나노소재 기반 전자소자 및 스마트 디바이스 개발을 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 그래핀을 기반으로 한 열변색 필름, 유연한 전자소자, 대량 생산 가능한 그래핀 마이크로패턴 제작 기술 등에서 뛰어난 기여를 하고 있으며, 나노소재의 물리적·화학적 특성을 응용한 스마트 윈도우 및 생체적응성 소재 개발에도 주력하고 있습니다. 연구는 나노재료의 합성, 구조 제어, 응용 기기 설계까지 전주기적으로 진행되고 있습니다.

Here, we show that chemical vapor deposition growth of graphene on copper foil is strongly affected by the cooling conditions.
