연구실 소개
우잉처 교수의 연구실은 신경종양의 치료 저항성과 면역 억제 메커니즘을 해소하기 위한 바이오의학적 연구를 중심으로, 뇌신경종양(GBM)의 유전자 발현 및 면역조절 인자인 IL-19의 역할을 밝히고 있습니다. 동시에 한방재료와 버섯 유래 생체활성 성분이 뇌-장 축 장애와 관련된 신경질환에 미치는 영향을 분자생물학적 및 미생물군 분석을 통해 규명하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어, 병원성 아칸타모바 및 환경 내 기생균 검출을 위한 고감도 분자진단 기술 개발 및 고성능 컴퓨팅 아키텍처 설계 등 다학제적 연구를 전개하고 있습니다.

We study the heterogeneous use of two programming paradigms for heterogeneous computing called Cluster-M and HAsC.
