연구실 소개
박예원 교수의 연구실은 뇌전이성 유방암, 뇌신경종양, 저-grade 뇌신생물 등에서 영상유전자학(radiomics) 기반의 정밀의료 기술을 개발하고 있습니다. 주로 MRI 영상에서 추출한 다차원적 영상 특징을 활용해 종양의 분류, 예후 예측 및 치료 반응 평가를 목표로 하며, 임상적 정확도 향상과 치료 최적화에 기여하고자 합니다. 특히 뇌전이성 종양의 분자형질 분류 및 방사선유발합병증 예측 등 임상적 실용성을 고려한 AI 기반 영상 분석 모델 개발에 집중하고 있습니다.
