연구실 소개
양창원 교수의 연구실은 주로 난소암, 전립선암, 대장암 등 암의 치료 내성과 병행 치료 전략을 탐색하고 있으며, 특히 천연물질(apigenin)과 소형 비코딩 RNA(tRFs, miRNAs)의 암세포 조절 기전을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한 태반 형성과 임신 유지에 관여하는 병변세포(특히 trophoblast 세포)의 기능 조절과 환경 독소(예: 부틸파라벤)의 영향을 분석하여 산모 및 태반 건강의 분자 기전을 규명하고 있습니다. 연구는 암 치료의 효능 향상과 임신 관련 질환의 비침습적 진단 및 치료 전략 개발을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
