연구실 소개
임예지 교수의 연구실은 주로 산화 스트레스와 DNA 손상, 특히 8-옥시구아닌 관련 복합 생물학적 메커니즘을 중심으로 암 유발 원인을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 섬유질 아스ベスト과 같은 환경 유해물질이 유전자 손상 및 복구 기전에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 이는 폐암 발생 메커니즘 규명에 기여하고자 합니다. 또한, 심혈관계 질환 및 만성질환 관리에서의 생물학적 마커와 치료 전략의 유효성에 대한 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.

AIMS: We sought to investigate the effect of adenosine pretreatment on the incidence of myonecrosis after non-urgent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). In this study we have examined the effect of silica particles on the proliferation of Rat2 cells, a rat fibroblast cell line. The effect of silica on the production of platelet-derived growth factor AA (PDGF-AA) and transforming growth factor β (TGFβ) in Rat2 cells were evaluated using ELISA and immunocytochemical analysis.
