본 연구에서는 한국 전쟁 후 사회를 재건하고 본격적으로 근대화를 추진했던 1950-70년대에 여성들이 근대적 가정 주부가 되는 과정과 이를 통한 도시 중산층 가족의 형성을 논의하였다. 당시 여성들의 삶의 구체적 모습과 이들이 주부담론을 수용하면서 경험한 욕망과 갈등을 밝히기 위해 구술 생애사 자료를 분석하였다. 전통과 근대가 공존했던 한국의 근대화는단순한 서구의 답습이 아니라 식민지 경험과 국가 주도형 산업화 등의 특수성을 지닌다. 특히 해방 후부터 잇달아 등장한 독재 정권은 중앙집권적인 통치체제를 확립하고 정치권력의안정을 도모하기 위해 전통적인 가부장제를 동원하였다. 효를 중시하는 가부장적 가치와 근대적 현모양처규범은 부모부양과 자녀 양육을 가족, 즉 여성의 책임으로 부과하여 노동력 재생산에 대한 비용을 지불하지 않거나 저임금 유연노동으로 동원하여 고도의 경제성장을 달성할 수 있었다. 여성들의 생산･재생산 노동은 가족을 위한 당연한 행위로 간주되어 비가시화되었다. 이러한 가부장적

PURPOSE: This study aimed to investigate the impact of postoperative radiotherapy (PORT) in de novo metastatic breast cancer (dnMBC) patients undergoing planned primary tumor resection (PTR) and to identify the subgroup of patients who would most benefit from PORT. ‘인권’은 당위적이고 보편적인 권리가 아닌 역사적인 투쟁의 산물이다. 도덕적 ․ 당위적 ․ 추상적 차원에서 논의되어 온 인권은 현실 역사에서시민권의 모습으로 보장되고 있다. 인권과 시민권이 동일선상에 위치하고, 시민권 획득을 통해 인권을 보장받는 체계 안에서 십대들의 인권을 법으로 보장한 학생인권조례는 십대들의 시민권 획득을 위한 첫걸음이라고 볼 수 있다. 특히 전국에서 세 번째로 2011년 12월에 통과된 <서울학생인권조례>는 최초로 주민발의의 형식으로 제정되었다는 점에서 민주주의의 성공적 실천 사례로 손꼽힌다. 그러나 제정 과정에서는 서울학생인권조례를 제지하려는 보수 ․ 기독교 진영의 공격과 성적지향 및 성별 정체성을 둘러싼 첨예한 갈등이 있었다. 이러한 어려움에도 서울학생인권조례가 차별사유 등이 그대로 통과될 수 있었던 것은 학생인권운동과 성소수자운동이 축적된 역사를 바탕으로 제정운동 과정에서 특정한 연령과 섹슈얼리티를 배제해온 기존 시민권의 범주를 확장해냈기 때문이다. 본연구
