연구실 소개
김연지 교수의 연구실은 주로 백혈병을 비롯한 암의 세포 신호전달 경로와 세포 cycle 조절 단백질, 특히 p27Kip1과 Skp2의 기능적 역할을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. Akt/PKB 경로에 의한 단백질 국소화 변화와 항암제(apicidin)의 세포 사멸 유도 메커니즘 등 암 생물학의 핵심 기전을 규명하고자 하며, 신경 손상 모델에서 간엽세포의 기능 향상 및 환경적 요인(환경 풍부화)이 치료 효과에 미치는 영향을 다루는 병행 연구도 수행하고 있습니다. 이는 암 치료 전략 개발과 신경재생 치료의 기초를 다지는 데 기여하고 있습니다.
