연구실 소개

김용희 교수의 연구실은 주로 약물 및 유전자 전달 시스템의 혁신적 설계를 목표로 하며, 특히 생체 적합성과 생분해성에 기반한 나노입자 및 마이크로니들 기반 전달 시스템을 개발하고 있습니다. 고도로 정밀한 3D 프린팅 기술을 활용한 자기 锁정형 마이크로니들을 통해 피부를 통한 정밀한 약물 투여와 지속적 유전자 전달이 가능하도록 하고, 비만, 당뇨, 간질환 등 대사질환과 암 치료에 응용 가능한 타겟팅 전달 기술을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히, 단백질, RNA, 유전자 등 다양한 생체분자를 효율적이고 안전하게 세포 내로 전달할 수 있는 새로운 펩타이드 기반 전달 시스템을 개발하고 있습니다.
