연구실 소개

장용훈 교수의 연구실은 전자기적 접합, 용접 공정 최적화, 비선형 시스템의 상태 추정, 나노스케일 접합에서의 기계적 혼합 메커니즘, 그리고 열전도와 전도의 비선형 상호작용을 중심으로 한 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히, 미세접촉의 전기적 저항 예측, 터널링 용접의 안정성 향상, 비선형 시스템에 대한 샘플드 타임 관측기 설계, 초음파 용접에서의 원자간 혼합 거동 등 응용 중심의 이론적·수치적 분석이 두드러집니다. 이는 고성능 소재 및 첨단 제조 공정의 기초를 다지는 데 기여하고 있습니다.

Tandem welding increases productivity in gas metal arc welding (GMAW). We investigate asynchronous DC–AC pulse tandem GMAW. We analyse welding arc and droplet behaviour for two tandem welding processes, DC standard-AC pulse and DC pulse-AC pulse. Spatters were generated by attractive and repulsive arc interferences.
