연구실 소개

김용균 교수의 연구실은 주로 고온 초전도체의 전자 구조와 관련된 새로운 전자 상태를 비구마테이트 계 물질에서 규명하고 있으며, 특히 표면 전자 도핑을 통한 초전도 전이 온도 향상 메커니즘을 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 고분자 기반 수화젤과 유기 염료를 활용한 생체 분자 감지 기술, 특히 포도당 센서의 개발에도 주력하고 있으며, 나노소재의 정밀 패턴 전이 기술을 통해 전자 소자 및 나노와이어 기반 장치의 성능 향상에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이와 같은 연구들은 전자 구조, 생체 감지, 나노패터닝 등 다양한 분야에서 응용 가능성을 지닌 기초 및 응용 연구를 아우릅니다.

Three plastic scintillators of 4.5 cm diameter and 2.5-cm length were fabricated for comparison with commercial plastic scintillators using polymerization of the styrene monomer 2.5-diphenyloxazole (PPO) and 1,4-bis benzene (POPOP). Abstract A very simple polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) pattern‐transfer method is devised, called buffered‐oxide etchant (BOE) printing. The mechanism of pattern transfer is investigated, by considering the strong adhesion between the BOE‐treated PDMS and the SiO 2 substrate. A ZnSe crystal based on a II -VI compound semiconductor has various physical properties: electroluminescent, photoelectric, luminescent and scintillation.
