연구실 소개
안용찬 교수의 연구실은 근재성 및 고형암 치료 분야에서 뚜렷한 전문성을 갖추고 있으며, 특히 비침습적 방사선 치료 기법인 SBRT를 활용한 폐 및 갑상선 등 주요 부위의 원발성 및 전이성 암 치료에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 환자 맞춤형 방사선 치료 계획 수립과 적응형 방사선 치료에서의 종양 반응 평가를 통해 치료 효과를 극대화하고, 특히 종양 용적 감소율, 림프절 전이, 전신 전이 여부 등 임상적 예후 인자 분석을 통해 개인화된 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한 클라우드 기반 의료 정보 시스템과 실시간 모니터링 기술의 융합을 통해 고도화된 방사선 치료 환경의 구축을 위한 기반 연구도 진행 중입니다.

Herein is reported our experience of radiation therapy using a real-time tumor-tracking and gated radiotherapy (RTRT) system for inoperable pancreatic cancer.
