연구실 소개

김용진 교수의 연구실은 생물학적 및 재료과학 분야에서의 다학제적 연구를 선도하고 있습니다. 특히 난세포 성숙과 난소 필립의 분자 기전을 규명하는 마이크로RNA 기반의 난세포 건강 조절 연구, 그리고 심장판막 대체 수술에서의 칼슘화 방지 기술 개발을 통한 의료용 생체재료의 혁신을 추구합니다. 또한 신경염증 질환 치료 후 TNF 억제제 재투여의 안전성 평가와 스핀트로닉스 소자에 응용 가능한 고성능 스핀홀 효과 재료 개발 등, 임상적·응용적 응용을 겸비한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 기초 생물학에서부터 첨단 소재까지의 연구 체계를 구축하고 있습니다.
