연구실 소개
지용우 교수의 연구실은 눈의 염증성 질환, 특히 건성안증과 스토그렌 증후군과 같은 건막 질환의 조기 진단 및 치료 기반을 마련하고자 합니다. 주로 눈물 생체지표를 탐색하고, 나노입자 기반의 민감도 높은 진단 기술을 개발하여 신속하고 비침습적인 진단을 실현하고자 합니다. 또한, 각막 및 눈물막의 생물물리적 특성과 세포 수준의 염증 반응 메커니즘을 규명함으로써, 새로운 치료 타겟을 제시하고 있습니다.
