연구실 소개
홍유진 교수의 연구실은 심장 및 소화기계 질환의 정밀 진단을 목표로 하며, 특히 심장마비, 간암, 폐색전증 등에서의 영상유도 생체정보 분석과 비침습적 심장기능 평가 기술 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 고해상도 영상 기반의 T1-mapping, 이중에너지 CT, 심장 MRI를 활용한 심장독성 평가 및 종양·혈전 구분 기법 개발이 핵심 연구 주제입니다. 특히 약물 유도 심장손상의 조기 진단과 장기적 모니터링을 위한 영상 생체지표 개발에 기여하고 있습니다.

Chronic PTE segments were significantly more enhanced on the delayed phase of two-phase dual-energy CT images than were acute PTE segments, possibly resulting from more extensive systemic collateral formation in chronic PTE. Pulmonary embolism (PE) is a potentially fatal disease if the diagnosis or treatment is delayed. Currently, multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) is considered the standard imaging method for diagnosing PE. Dual-energy CT (DECT) has the advantages of MDCT and can provide functional information for patients with PE. The aim of this review is to present the potential clinical applications of DECT in PE, focusing on the diagnosis and risk stratification of PE.
