연구실 소개
박유진 교수의 연구실은 나노소재 및 촉매 기반의 에너지 전환 기술 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 산성 조건에서 높은 산화 반응 활성을 보이는 이르리듐 산화물 기반 전기화학 촉매의 효율성 향상에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 인공지능 기반의 지능형 교통 예측 모델링과 중고거래 플랫폼의 소비자 행동 분석을 통해 실생활 응용이 가능한 데이터 기반 연구도 함께 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 혈액 수요 해소를 위한 induced pluripotent stem cell(ipsC)을 이용한 인공적 적혈구 생성 기술 개발도 핵심 연구 분야로 포함하고 있습니다.

급속도로 활성화되고 있는 온라인 중고거래 시장은 사업자에게 새로운 분야의 사업 기회를 제공해주는 역할을 하고 있으나 급속히 성장한 이유로 아직 제도 정비나 연구가 활발히 진행되지 않아 인터넷 종합쇼핑몰 에서보다 소비자 피해가 자주, 큰 규모로 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 상황에서도 거래가 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 온라인 중고시장인 '중고나라' 사이트에서 플랫폼 내 구매자의 재구매의도 와 지각된 가치에 부정적, 긍정적 영향을 미치는 선행요인들의 관계를 종합적으로 고려하고 확인하는 데에 있다. 선행요인은 제품 정보 불확실성, 판매자 불확실성의 비용 측면과 상호작용성, 거래 편리성, 경제적 혜택의 혜택 측면으로 구분하였다. 연구 결과, 제품 정보 불확실성은 지각된 위험에, 상호작용성과 경제적 혜택은 지각된 가치에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지각된 위험은 지각된 가치와 구매의도 에 부정적인 영향을 미치나, 지각된 가치는 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을
These results suggest that highly HAL-resistant cancer cells can be sensitized with cyclosporine A or elacridar, specific P-gp inhibitors that exert their effects at a low dose. These findings provide important information regarding the sensitization of highly HAL-resistant cells with selective P-gp inhibitors and indicate that elacridar may be used to treat such highly HAL-resistant cancer cells.
Stoichiometric control of Ru, Ag, and tetrazolyl ligands resulted in the formation of different heterometallic Ru-Ag supramolecular architectures. Although the reaction of Ru and 5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-tetrazolyl (LH2) in a molar ratio of 2:1 or 6:4 resulted in the formation of dimeric or hexameric Ru complexes, Ag metal ions caused the Ru complexes to form three-dimensional cylindrical Ru6Ag6L6 and double-cone-shaped Ru6Ag8L6 complexes by occupying vacant coordination sites.
Our results, based on the NHID, supports the protective effect of tamoxifen against CVE in Korean breast cancer patients aged 55 and older that is not seen with AIs. Our results can guide the selection of adjuvant hormonal treatment agents for Korean breast cancer patients based on their risk of developing CVE.
