연구실 소개
김유경 교수의 연구실은 생물의학적 분야에서 당뇨병 관련 세포 독성 메커니즘과 그 치료적 대안을 탐색하며, 특히 글루코사민의 인슐린세포 독성과 GLP-1의 보호 작용에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 동시에 나노소재 기반의 고성능 복합재료 개발과 전도성 나노섬유의 합성 및 탄소화 공정에 관한 연구도 진행하고 있으며, 최근에는 5G 환경에서의 모바일 악성코드 탐지 및 사이버보안 기술에 대한 기계학습 기반 분석도 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 북한의 해커 그룹 '라자루스 그룹'과 관련된 사이버 공격 사례 분석을 통해 국가 차원의 사이버 위협에 대응하는 연구도 함께 진행 중입니다.

We studied the Ti/Au Ohmic contact on (001) plane Ga 2 O 3 single crystal wafer as a function of annealing temperature and crystallographic orientation. The lowest specific contact resistances of ∼5 × 10 −4 Ω·cm 2 were obtained at 400 °C annealing temperature under nitrogen ambience. The Ohmic metal contact became degraded when annealed above 500 °C.
