연구실 소개
한유민 교수의 연구실은 염증성 장질환(IBD)의 병태생리학적 기전과 임상적 관리 전략을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 NF-κB 경로의 활성화가 크론병의 병행에 미치는 영향과 미네랄 및 비타민 D 결핍이 환자에게 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 분석하고 있으며, 신약 후보 물질인 아스트라갈린의 항염증 작용 메커니즘 규명에도 주력하고 있습니다. 또한 복부 수술 후 합병증 관리 및 혈관성 학질의 내 endoscopic 치료 등 고도의 임상적 접근을 통한 진료 혁신을 추구하고 있습니다.
