연구실 소개
윤정환 교수의 연구실은 간세포암(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)의 조기 진단과 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 면역세포 치료인 사이토카인 유도 킬러(CIK) 세포를 활용한 보조 치료의 유효성과 생존율 향상 효과를 다각도로 연구하며, HCC의 생물학적 기전과 진단 biomarker 탐색에도 기여하고 있습니다. 최근에는 혈액 내 미생물군의 이상과 간질환 간의 연관성, 그리고 옥스테로ール 등 대사산물이 간담도암 발생에 미치는 영향 등 신체 내 환경 변화와 암 발생 간의 메커니즘을 규명하고자 합니다.
