전윤경 교수의 연구실은 암의 면역조절 메커니즘과 종양 미세환경의 역할을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 폐암과 림프종에서 PD-1/PD-L1 축의 면역관문 기능, 종양 관련 매크로파지(TAMs) 및 T세포 조절 세포(Tregs)의 역할을 분석하며, 암의 대사 재편성과 유전자 변형(예: EML4-ALK, Pellino-1)이 면역 반응에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 합니다. 이는 새로운 면역치료 전략 개발에 기여할 임상적 의미를 지닙니다.

Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and regulatory T-cells (Tregs) play an important role in the tumor microenvironment. Here, we investigated the prognostic implications of TAMs and Tregs in 165 diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCLs) using immunohistochemistry.
