연구실 소개
윤연이 교수의 연구실은 심장 구조와 기능의 비침습적 평가를 중심으로, 심장마비, 심부전, 당뇨병 등 만성 심혈관 질환의 조기 진단 및 예후 평가에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 심장초음파, 심장 MRI, 골밀도 측정 등 다양한 영상유도 진단 기법과 인공지능 기반 분석 기술을 융합하여 정밀의료를 실현하고자 합니다. 또한 한국인 환자에 적합한 영상진단 지침 제작을 통해 임상적 실천의 질적 향상을 도모하고 있습니다.

15Patients with paroxysmal AF have decreased LA reservoir function and increased stiffness, in comparison with that of the control subjects. LA stiffness was significantly related with LA volume indices and reservoir function. LA stiffness can be used for the assessment of LA function in patients with paroxysmal AF.
