연구실 소개

조유환 교수의 연구실은 응급의학 및 감염성질환 분야에서 활발한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 중증 패혈증과 패혈성 쇼크 환자에서 백혈구 계수, 인산염 농도, 조직 순환 장애와 생존율 간의 연관성을 규명하며 생존 예측 지표 개발에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 뇌경색 조기 진단을 위한 비침습적 뇌산소포화 측정 기기(NIRSIT)의 임상적 유용성 평가 및 어린이 환자에서의 진통 및 진정 방법 비교 연구를 통해 응급실 진료의 정밀도와 안전성을 높이는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

This study was performed to evaluate the association of monocyte counts with mortality, the rate of bacteremia, and organ dysfunction and to evaluate whether the change in monocyte counts from the premorbid state to sepsis would differ between survivors and non-survivors in patients with severe sepsis including septic shock.
