The effects of remote ischemic preconditioning (RIPC) in cardiac surgery have been inconsistent. We investigated whether anesthesia or beta-blockers interfere with RIPC cardioprotection. 1960년대는 전후의 혼란을 거친 한국사회가 군사주의 독재 체제, 자본주의 체제, 가부장 체제를 동시에 공고히 해나가던 시기로 기억된다. 이 시기는 한국 사회의 정치적 부자유의 상황과 신식민적 상황의 모순을 돌파하기 위해 민족주의, 탈식민주의, 자유주의 등의 이념이 격론을 벌인 시기이기도 하지만, 일상의 영역에서는 근대적 개념의 사적 가정이 탄생하며 남녀의 성별 분업이 공고해지기 시작한 시기이기도 한 것이다. 중산층 핵가족 모델이 보편화되기 시작하며 사적 영역으로 귀속된 여성들이 ‘보이지 않는 노동’에 결박되게 된 이 시기에, 한국 문학사에서도 젠더 위계가 성립되기 시작했다는 점은 중요하게 점검될 필요가 있다. 한국 문학사에 페미니즘적 관점이 본격적으로 도입되기 시작한 1980년대 이전까지의 시기에, 주로 ‘남성 개인’의 내면이 한국 문학의 보편적 발화로서 분석되고 의미화된 것은, 1960년대 이후 한국 사회에서 남성에 의한 여성의 타자화가 제도적으로 정착되는 과정과 무관할 수 없다
