인물정보서비스는 이용자의 인물에 대한 알 권리를 충족하고, 사람 사이의 관계에 대한서비스 목적으로 직업별 주요 인물의 학력, 경력 등을 제공하는 서비스를 말한다. 운영 목적과 주체에 따라 형태를 다양하게 분류할 수 있지만, 오늘날에는 포털사이트가 검색서비스의 일환으로 운영하는 인물정보서비스가 대표적이다. 인물정보서비스의 대상 인물은 당사자의 신청 또는 공개된 개인정보를 대상으로 선정된다. 이 서비스는 개인정보를 처리하는 점에서 개인정보 보호법상 허용 근거, 정보주체의 자기결정권 보장, 사업자의 책임문제등의 법적 문제가 있다. 개인정보 보호법상 주된 쟁점은 본인의 신청 없이 언론보도 또는 홈페이지 등 공개된개인정보를 수집하여 인물정보를 서비스하는 경우 그 허용 근거를 어디에서 찾을 수 있는지의 문제이다. 로앤비 사건에서 홈페이지에 개인정보를 공개한 경우에는 수집․이용에 동의를 한 것으로 보고 위법하지 않다고 보았으나, 만일 이러한 공개조차 없었다면 이를 허용할 것인지는 어려운 문제이다

본 연구는 생성형 AI 이용자의 이용 동기와 이용 시간이 AI 역량 인식에 미치는 영향과 이들 간의 상호작용 효과 규명을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 방송통신위원회의 2024년 지능정보사회 이용자 패널조사 자료를 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 생성형 AI의 이용 동기는 쾌락적 동기와 실용적 동기로 구분되었으며, 두 동기 모두 AI 역량 인식에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이용 시간은 AI 역량 인식에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나 쾌락적 동기와의 상호작용에서 유의미한 부(-)적 조절효과가 확인되었다. 즉, 쾌락적 동기로 생성형 AI를 이용하는 경우 이용 시간이 증가할수록 AI 역량 인식이 오히려 감소하는 반면, 실용적 동기는 이용 시간과 관계없이 일관되게 긍정적 역량 인식을 유지하였다. 본 연구는 생성형 AI 수용 연구에서 AI 역량 인식이라는 새로운 개념을 도입하여 이용 동기 유형에 따른 차별적 메커니즘을 규명

본 연구는 이용자의 사회심리적 특성인 외로움과 사회적 교류가 생성형 AI 지속이용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 그 과정에서 실용적 이용 동기와 정서적 이용 동기가 차별적인 매개 역할을 수행하는지를 실증하였다. 이를 위해 이용과 충족 이론 및 미디어 의존 이론을 이론적 기반으로 다중매개 구조방정식모형을 구성하였고, 설문을 통해 생성형 AI 이용 경험이 있는 성인 761명의 응답을 수집, 분석에 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 실용적 이용 동기만이 지속이용의도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 정서적 이용 동기의 직접 효과는 유의하지 않았다. 매개효과 분석에서는 네 개의 간접경로 중 사회적 교류 → 실용적 이용 동기 → 지속이용의도 경로만이 통계적으로 유의하였으며, 외로움은 직·간접효과 모두에서, 사회적 교류는 직접효과에서 유의한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 생성형 AI의 지속 이용이 정서적 위안이나 사회적 결핍의 보상보다는 실질적인 기능적 효용 인식에 의해 주도된다는 점을
