연구실 소개
이영호 교수의 연구실은 주로 자가면역질환, 특히 시스템성 레우마티스성 질환의 유전적 기반과 임상적 결과를 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 루푸스, 관절염, 당뇨병 등 자가면역질환과 관련된 유전자(예: PTPN22, MBL)의 역할을 메타분석을 통해 종합적으로 분석하며, 질병의 유전적 소인과 생물학적 메커니즘을 규명하고자 합니다. 또한 임상 연구의 정합성과 재현성을 높이기 위한 메타분석 기법의 응용과 개선에도 기여하고 있습니다.
