연구실 소개
최영훈 교수의 연구실은 생물의학적 신호 전달 메커니즘과 유전자 전달 기술을 중심으로 한 분자생물학 및 의료영상 기술의 융합 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 인슐린 및 cAMP 신호 경로 조절에 핵심적인 역할을 하는 PDE3B 효소의 기능 분석과 함께, 나노입자를 활용한 유전자 전달 시스템 개발에도 주력하고 있습니다. 또한, 어린이 환자를 대상으로 한 MRI 영상에서의 대조제 축적 영향 평가 및 소아 골절 진단을 위한 인공지능 기반 영상진단 알고리즘 개발 등 임상응용에 기여하는 연구를 지속하고 있습니다.

To investigate the delivery of DNA into cells, lactose-poly(ethylene glycol)-grafted poly-L-lysine (Lac-PEG-PLL) polymers were synthesized as polymeric gene carriers. The physicochemical properties and gene transfer ability of lactose-polyethylene glycol-grafted poly-L-lysine (Lac-PEG-PLL) were investigated.
