연구실 소개
최영재 교수의 연구실은 나노소재 기반의 고감도 바이오센서 기술 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 표면-enhanced 라만 산란(SERS) 기반의 레이저-free, 고선택성 다중 miRNA 진단 기술을 핵심 연구 주제로 삼고 있습니다. 또한, 복합 산화물 페로브스카이트의 정밀 합성과 자기적 특성 제어를 통해 신소재의 응용 가능성을 탐색하고 있으며, 임상적 실용성을 확보하기 위한 나노프레임 기반 센서의 설계 및 최적화에도 힘쓰고 있습니다. 특히, 암 진단 및 신경외과 질환의 조기 진단을 위한 혁신적 바이오센서 기술의 실용화를 목표로 하고 있습니다.

After CdTe wafers are polished mechanically and chemically, wider, narrower bands are observed at 1.4 and 1.54 eV by photoluminescence (PL), respectively.
