연구실 소개

이영주 교수의 연구실은 간질환의 진단 및 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 간 이식에서의 혈관 해부학적 이상 대응 및 간 기능 평가 기술 개선을 핵심 연구 분야로 삼고 있습니다. 유전자 발현 조절 및 약물 내성 메커니즘을 규명하기 위한 분자생물학적 연구와 함께, MRI 및 PET/CT를 활용한 간질환의 정밀 진단 기술 개발도 진행 중입니다. 특히, 간 지방질성 간염의 정확한 생체 영상 측정법과 암 치료에서의 약물 저항성 극복 전략에 대한 응용 연구가 두드러집니다.
